The Garage Roller Door Anchor - Outside is a robust security solution designed primarily for roller doors but is also suitable for various other door types and applications. Constructed from solid zinc-treated steel, this anchor offers exceptional resistance to harsh weather conditions and provides superior protection against intruders.

Its unique semi-circular shape is engineered to resist attacks from bolt cutters and minimise vulnerability to different forms of forced entry. The top section is secured to the door with four bolts that pass through the door for maximum strength, while the base plate is fixed to concrete using specialised fasteners that outperform standard 10mm sleeve anchors in strength tests.

Easy to install and highly durable, this anchor is ideal for both commercial and domestic use. It can also be adapted for use on gates, toolboxes, and other applications requiring strong, reliable security.

Installation requires eight drill holes: four to attach the top plate to the door and four into the concrete using a 5mm masonry drill bit. The special fasteners are then hammered into place with a large hammer or sledgehammer. Full instructions are included for a straightforward installation process.

For optimal security, it is recommended to use this anchor in conjunction with a discus padlock or a padlock featuring shackle protection (padlock not included).
